Serves 2-4

This delicious and creamy blend of avocado, jalapeño, garlic, and lime adds a delicious kick to everything from tacos and stuffed peppers to chicken and fish. And, it’s ready in minutes!

1 avocado
1 jalapeno, stem and seeds removed
juice of one lime
1 garlic clove
⅓-1/2 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt

Recipe Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on medium high until well blended.

Serve With

My butternut squash tacos or contemporary chiles rellenos.

Pairs Well With

A full-bodied Chardonnay.
